Brief

CapQuest offer a consumer debt recovery service on behalf of consumer finance organisations and they required a means for their customers to pay off their debt.

Solution

Connections designed and implemented a consumer repayment portal that enables CapQuest customers to confirm their identity and make one-off payments against their account.

The portal was written using C# and the .Net development environment. When a customer first visits the portal they enter several pieces of identification information. The portal then communicates with the CapQuest data warehouse to verify their identity and ensure that their proposed repayment is within certain criteria. The portal then allows the client to make an online payment against their account.

The site has full integration with CapQuest's card repayment partner's Internet payment gateway, and includes the latest Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode identity checking systems.
